Please also note that if you have any plans to make any exterior changes, you are required to complete an architectural application to Management to be reviewed by the Architectural Committee or Board of Directors prior to commencing any work.
Architectural Applications may be found in Association Documents, and are to be returned with copies of applicable plans, permits, contractor information and signatures of all applicable neighbors.
